First of all I let my readers know about an article on my website about holiday blues, very topical for this time of year. As you probably know, at this time of year so many people get depressed even though it's supposed to be a very happy time, a time for giving. But as we all know Christmas and the holiday season is very stressful. It is also a burden on those who haven't got a lot of cash to spend this year.
