How to Master Self Esteem...

"To master self esteem one has to know God gave you a unique identity that comes with authority.Look at every one who lives and walks confidently, they understand their uniqueness and for one i have began my great walk of confidence and self esteem.I have to let everyone know that there's no one like me.I am here,if anyone doesn't like it its their problem.
This is what you should say to yourselves to attain a strength beyond your imagination.
One last thing, walk with your head up high,it helps you adapt to the confident walk."

This came from Edwin and I publish it here because I think the comments are so true!

  2. Good post one thing I would say is-

Every man and his dog has problems. So there is no need for you to walk around looking or being negative.

When you have a positive attitude you'll can
face your troubles more clearly and make others want to share their time with you for the simple fact that you help make them feel better.

  4. So so very true. I myself sometimes fall into negative thinking. I always find that with negative thinking comes negative output. I always have to remind myself that things will get better and they do when you have positive thinking.

  5. I agree with this. It is so important to realize that you are someone special. Each being on earth is special. Even though everyone likes to say they are perfect or that they do not have any problems but the truth is that we all have one problem or another. Some of us have big enough problems that we even need professional help. Do not be afraid to get professional help for whatever your problem might be. It takes an amazing person to admit their problem and get help. Don't wait. You know if you need help.
