Procrastination - a real enemy!

Here's an email I received this week from a visitor to More-SelfEsteem.com

"I am serious about building my self-esteem but I have some insecurities about myself. This led to me procastinating every single day and I hate it."

I have often thought that procrastination is connected with low self esteem. If you are feeling down think about how much you are procrastinating...

The problem is that if you know in your heart that you are not taking action that you should you will feel worse and your self esteem will drop like a stone. In the question we can see how it feels to someone who procrastinates. They begin to hate this and soon they turn this against themselves...

So if you need to boost your self esteem then it follows that you need to take action!

Action that will free you...

Positive action!

  1. These thoughts about procrastination are useful. People underestimate how one thought or feeling influences how they feel about and behave in other life situations. Raising awareness and mental discipline are helpful.
