A Fantastic Self Improvement Tool...

The power inside is just amazing, did you realize that?

Of all the tools for self improvement I've checked out over the years and recommended I keep coming back to one of the most powerful of all. It uses the power of your subconscious mind to help you to heal yourself.

Think of any problem or challenge you face, it might be something that scares you or something you've been avoiding. It might be something you've wanted to overcome for years but haven't managed it yet. This is a technique that works because you have the ability to heal yourself and change the way you think.

What is this self improvement tool?

It's called self hypnosis. Don't be put off by hypnosis. What it does is relaxes you and your subconscious receives messages that will help you confront your problems in a more positive and successful way.

You can read more about this powerful resource and get a free course which will teach you how to use this. Just visit my page about self hypnosis audio and learn why this is so successful.

Constant Motivation required...

You know this week I have realised again how easy it is to slip into old ways.

I have been working online and offering help to my visitors for years right?

I have been giving advice, tips and techniques about how important it is to believe in yourself. I have always known this to be true.

This week I have been continuing to work on a big project I have for my website and as with everything worth doing there are ups and downs. It is critical not to become negative when you experience one of those downs.

It is a hard, lonely road when you face your problems and challenges alone. I decided to get help and now have a mentor - someone to help me and motivate me to try new things and reach for success.

This week I started to rethink what I was doing and negativity got the better of me. Yes I pretended to myself that I was considering the worst case scenario but really I was just preparing myself to limit my success.

Do you believe in the law of attraction?

If you think you can do something you will. If you think you cannot then you will not. You attract the things in your life according to your thinking.

I do believe this.

So why did I start to think negatively? This won't work. My results will not be that good. This is a problem, that is a problem. Shame about this and pity about that...

I needed to get positive and my friend told me exactly what I needed to hear...

"Karl you have GOT to be more positive..."

"Get your head in the game and stop all the negativity ... think BIG and you will make BIG ... put a ceiling on yourself and you will fail rapidly!"

How true. You see, we all go backwards sometimes but I'm here to tell you today that you need to stop yourself at those times and decide to move forward again.

Self improvement is the most worthwhile thing yet it requires self motivation and constant work. When you get down, don't stay there - do something to help yourself...

We'll talk about what you can do to help yourself next time but for today one peice of advice:

Get the help of a friend or if you have a major project in mind get the help of a professional. When someone is supporting what you're doing and there to help you when you fall or stumble it can make it so much easier.

Why self help and prosperity?

In today's post I'd like to explain why this is called the "self help and prosperity blog". I'd just like to take a bit of time to explain my philosophy for putting up this blog.

10 years ago I decided to start two websites one devoted to self esteem and the other devoted to depression. The reason I chose these two subjects was that I had suffered from depression over many years and decided to do something positive about it. On the one hand it was a bit of self therapy and an attempt to help others as I also tried to put the problem into my own words and analyse what problems I had been facing. Self-esteem came from some thought into Happiness. A website discussing happiness in itself was just far too general so I decided specifically that self-esteem was central to everything we do and everything we think about ourselves. I believe that it was central to our behaviour and our motivation and as a result every achievement depended on your level of self-esteem as did your level of happiness.

So why have I called this blog self help and prosperity?

Well I thought it was very important to try to improve yourself not only internally but also physically. What I mean is that self improvement is one thing, highly important of course, and I believe that we need to do this all the time. But if we're talking about self help and improving yourself then surely prosperity is another important factor which you should seek to improve.

The whole point of this blog then is to discuss in particular subjects such as self-esteem, depression and wider issues such as improving yourself financially. In particular, my aim is to show you ways to earn cash online and improve your prosperity through the freedom that Internet online earning brings because I believe this is a natural extension of self improvement and personal growth.

So what can you expect to see on this blog?

Posts covering depression, self esteem and how to earn money online (particularly building a mailing list, affiliate marketing, building traffic and so on).

I hope you enjoyed this post! Please make a comment below if you did, thanks.
