How do you think about problems?

When you have a problem to solve or a major challenge in your life, how do you think about it?

Perhaps you have something that you need to do but inside you think that it's very difficult.

I found myself making challenges even worse by focusing on the problem and not on the solution.

Our brains look for problems to solve. There are many around but what do you do when you run into a problem or challenge you need to face?

Sometimes thinking about the problem can make it worse. How?

By focusing on the difficulties and obstacles that lie ahead. If you do this you magnify the problems in your mind and paralyze yourself. You are most likely to take action when you feel you can succeed but focusing on the obstacles and difficulties destroys action.

Are you spending your energy building up your problems until they seem like huge unbreakable walls in front of you?

I have done this to myself many times but now I am convinced that those with vision and a will to succeed are those who can look beyond the problems and difficulties and begin to break down the fear by focusing their energy on solutions.

Think of a challenge you face in your life. Maybe a change you need to make. How have you been thinking about it? Isn't it about time you began to channel your thought and energy into how to move forward and stop focusing on how difficult it all looks?

I'll be back with more very soon...

Take care,

Why do You Have Such an Awful Life..?

Are you feeling like your life is awful?

Ok, for some people certain problems are making life difficult; nonetheless, your problems can be overcome.

What I would like to talk to you about today is maybe you feel your life is horrible but don't really know why or what to do...maybe you just feel depressed all the time and down on life in general.

Do you know the number 1 reason why most people feel depressed about their life?

It's not about problems...

It's about your thinking and your focus..

"one of the greatest causes of depression is focusing on other people. If your life seems bad then maybe it's because you are thinking too much about other's lives..."

What do I mean?

Well, are you focused on what you want.. or on what others want from you?

Are you working towards goals that make you happy or goals that others have chosen for you?

Are you measuring your life against that of your friends or family or other people?

If you want to feel much less depressed decide whose life you want to live and start creating goals YOU want to achieve...

Start to live by YOUR standards and forget what others tell you you must do..

Stop comparing what others do, where they live and how they live, how much they earn, what job they have and throw that ALL away NOW.

Create your own life and depression will melt as soon as you take steps towards being you.

Create a list of things you want to see, do, be, have, enjoy NOW

Start imagining living a life with those goals reached - how does it feel?

Ignore what others are doing or telling you and listen to the master voice inside and act with your heart for there lies your best.

I wish you a great week...

It's all about balance

Success in your personal life? Earn more money? Happiness? Better relationships?
The secret factor which is key to all these things and more is balance.

What I want to say is that if you don't have balance you can't be successful or happy.

Let's talk about work for a moment. I have always been seeking a balance between my personal life, the hobbies and pastimes that I want to pursue, family and career aims. The problem with a fulltime job is there is often no balance. You have to live your life according to the job's demands and when you return home exhausted you can't enjoy your free time. And there seems so little of that.

I'm trying now to find balance in my life so that I can work when I want to and do the things which I enjoy such as helping others and talking about prosperity and improvement. I want to develop my online business so that it will give me a great income and allow me freedom.

If you want to be happy you need balance. Some work, some free time, some time to relax and enjoy life. The necessary time to think about what you want and how to get it. Some breathing space in the hectic pace that we live nowadays.

I'm also concerned about building success online and helping others to earn money through their websites with affiliate marketing. Marketing and web traffic is everything here and for this to be successful, as in any business, balance is the key. You have to do a range of activities and you have to do them in a balanced way. Concentrate on one thing too much and you won't succeed. You need to focus sometimes but keep in mind the big picture that you need to do everything in coordination and in harmony.

When my life is in balance I get so much done and I feel good because I'm heading towards what I want to achieve. There are days when everything is out of focus and unbalanced. Those days is stressful and even if I work really hard I seek to achieve nothing at the end of the day.

How can you achieve more balance in your life? Ask yourself: are you working too hard? Are you obsessed with a single task which you just can't seem to get finished or a particular problem which you just can't seem to solve? Is your life balanced? Are the priorities you have in your life coming from within or outside? What would it take to make your life more balanced?
